Dr Angel Medina-Vaya is a Lecturerof Food Mycology at the Cranfield Soil & Agrifood Insitute, Cranfield University. He worked in the food industry before being awarded a post-doctoral grant by the Spanish Ministry for Science and Innovation to work in the Applied Mycology Group at Cranfield.
