Vinod Thomas is a visiting professor at the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Previously he was Director General of Independent Evaluation at the Asian Development Bank (2011-2016), and before that, Senior Vice-President at the World Bank Group.
Vinod has a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago, and has authored 15 books, including Climate Change and Natural Disasters, 2018 (paperback) from Routledge.
