Kaila Colbin lives at the nexus of ideas and action, creating transformative experiences and environments to inspire people to think differently. In addition to being the New Zealand and Australian Ambassador for Singularity University, she is also the Curator of TEDxChristchurch; a co-founder and Chair of the non-profit Ministry of Awesome; Chair of the New York-based Natural Gourmet Institute; Deputy Chair of CORE Education; and a director of ChristchurchNZ, the organisation responsible for tourism, economic development and major events in Christchurch and Canterbury.
A native New Yorker, Kaila is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian, holds a degree from Cornell University and has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 22.
