Karen heads sustainability for Asia at Interface, the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet and a leader in sustainable busines. In addition to nourishing and reinforcing the unique sustainability culture across more than 10 countries in the Asia region, her role involves collaborating with various industry partners to support programmes that positively impact the environment and communities beyond which they operate.
As a key contributor to advancing sustainability within one of the most sustainable companies on the planet, Karen is frequently invited to speak about Interface's commitment to being a positive force in the world and demonstrating through its ideas and actions how it can be both a financially successful and restorative enterprise.
Karen holds a Master's Degree in Tri-sector Collaboration from the Singapore Management University and has completed a sustainability programme awarded by the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
