Institute of Directors, India is hosting this year’s annual ‘15th London Global Convention on Corporate Governance & Sustainability’ on 7 – 9 October 2015, at Millennium Hotel London Mayfair. Globalization has made Corporate Governance a global concern, and good governance now involves a lot more than code and compliance, for ensuring Sustainable Development.
This year’s Convention will begin with the Global Business Meet at the House of Lords on 7th Oct. Last year, Mrs Nirmala Sitharaman, India’ Union Commerce & Industry Minister opened the Global Business Meet. It will be followed by Reception and Special Session on ‘The Changing Role of Finance Professionals in the Boardroom“, hosted by ICAEW. The famed ‘Golden Peacock Awards’ (both Global & National) for ‘Corporate Governance, Sustainability’, and ‘Innovation Management’ will also be presented, during the Convention.
