More solar power projects to be installed in India

Indian company, Mahindra Group company Mahindra EPC, plans to commission over 300 MW of solar power projects over the next two years. According to Zhooben Bhiwandiwala, Executive Vice President of the company, it aims to meet India’s growing energy security needs through utilizing renewable and clean energy.

Earlier, the company inaugurated a five MW solar plant at Bikaner in Rajasthan in partnership with PR Fonroche, a joint-venture between PR Clean Energy and Fonroche Energie of France.
