P250-M Primavera Residences launched in Oro

The P250-million Primavera Residences was officially launched on Tuesday in time for its full operation in 2012.

The 10-storey twin-tower condominium complex, the first breakthrough project of ItalPinas Euro-Asian Design and Eco-Development Corporation in Cagayan de Oro, is the first green building in the city nestled within Pueblo de Oro Business Park along Fr. Masterson Avenue in Upper Carmen.

Romulo Nati, president and chief executive officer of ItalPinas, said ItalPinas designed the building in accordance with eco-friendly principles, being a sustaining member of the Philippine Green Building Council.

He said Primavera is designed to generate part of its own energy requirements, minimizing power usage and maximizing natural light and ventilation.

Because of its state-of-the-art amenities that were recently recognized as one of the most promising clean energy investment opportunities in the Philippines during the CTI-PFAN (Climate Technology Initiative-Private Financing Advisory Network) Philippines Clean Energy Investor Forum, Nati said more investors were encouraged to put their trust on Primavera.

“Aside from the investors coming in, 30 percent of the units were already sold to mostly overseas Filipino workers who are getting ready for their retirement,” Nati said.

For as low as P2.2 million, clients can avail of a studio-type condominium with an inner green courtyard and terrace for natural ventilation and lighting plus a photovoltaic cell (solar panels) for additional energy production.

Primavera also offers safe and secure lock-and-leave environment with round-the-clock security aside from its ample location, it being nestled right beside SM City Cagayan de Oro and near schools, churches, ATMs and convenience stores.

“The building is now on its 30 percent of completion. After the launching, my men will have a full-blast operation in terms of the construction, in time for the expected date to finish,” Nati said.

He also said they are confident that all of Primavera’s 138 residential and 18 commercial units will be sold out in 17 months before they go full swing.
