Adelaide’s opposition wants to itemise the cost of the state’s new desalination plant, in the event that it takes over the government in the 2014 elections. The Liberal opposition hit the current administration on doubling the size of the planned desalination plant and hiking the prices of water. Itemising the cost, they said, will show what the average cost per household of the desalination plant.
