Tai Nguyen Joint Stock Co has lately inked the contract to hire Thikeco Investment Consultancy for Development and Construction Joint Stock Co (Thikeco) to consult, and design the Tai Nguyen Ecocity urban area in Luong Son Town, Hoa Binh City.
It was expected that Hoa Binh province People’s Committee would grant the investment licence for TNT, of which the local authority would assign Tai Nguyen JSC as the main investor for this project.
This is the ecological urban area to be sited in an area of 98 hectares, including semi-detached houses, villas, and resort complex in two communes of Nhuan Trach and Hop Hoa, and Luong Son Town.
The investment capital for this project was posted at 4 trillion dong, of which initial investment capital counted for 1.7 trillion dong.
