Rosatom State Corporation said today that it is on schedule to get the first fuel loading in power unit № 3 of TNPP as planned for late August 2017. The Russian nuclear company has been commissioned to build unit № 3 and 4 at TNPP, the Tianwan Nuclear Power, a large nuclear power station in Lianyungang prefecture level city, Jiangsu province, China.
It also said that commissioning of nuclear power unit № 3 is scheduled for February 2018, and unit № 4 for December 2018.
Russian has also been involved in the operation the first stage of TNPP (1st and 2nd units). It is also in discussion on the possible construction of four more units.
