More nuclear reactors for South Korea, says IEA

South Korea should build more nuclear reactors. This is the recommendation of the International Energy Agency to South Korea in a report it released last week. The IEA said this is the best option for a country like Korea which has no alternative energy resources. South Korea is currently sourcing a third of its power requirements through 23 nuclear reactors. The government plans to build 11 more by 2024.
