Caitlin is a Research Analyst working on sustainable public finance.

Prior to joining WRI, she worked in the private sector as a consultant on international water markets and US electricity policy. She also interned for the Office of Energy and Environment at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where her research and policy analysis helped to advance Former President Obama's policy aims at the GCF, COP21, and G20.

A Colorado native, she can be found biking, hiking a trail, or learning the nuances of Ultimate Frisbee, her newest hobby.
