Dr. Hoe Wai Cheong is leading the drive to help water and energy clients benefit from harnessing the interconnection between these two resources. He serves as Managing Director for both of the company’s water and energy businesses in Asia Pacific as well as the energy business in Middle East, India, Europe and Africa.
