Lisa is the Research Analyst for the Vulnerability and Adaptation Initiative in the Governance Center. She focuses on tracking adaptation finance and on scaling up the role of the private sector in climate adaptation.
Prior to joining WRI, Lisa worked at the International Monetary Fund, providing research and policy analysis on economic development issues for foreign governments in the Middle East and Africa regions. She focused on the role of the private sector in reducing poverty and unemployment in Sudan. During her graduate studies, she also researched the role of governments in encouraging the private sector to invest in climate mitigation and adaption in Central America.
Lisa holds an M.A. in International Policy and Commerce from George Mason University, and a B.S. in International Business with a minor in Communications from the College of New Jersey.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and practicing yoga.
