I'm a specialist in food policy and sustainable food systems. Specific areas of interest include city region food systems, local food policy and food systems planning. I work as a research fellow at Deakin University, based in the Food Policy Unit. I have a PhD from the University of Manchester and an MSc Food Policy (with distinction) from the Centre for Food Policy, City University, London.
