Benita Sashia Jayanti is a climate and energy diplomacy programme officer at the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), a Jakarta-based think tank that focuses on energy transition, climate policies, and climate finance. She is currently also appointed as Plan International Indonesia's youngest Governing Board member.
