Ee-Ling has worked with researchers, Universities, community groups, government and donor agencies, farmers, in Southeast and East Asia, Europe and Australia. Her passion for sustainability, environment and education has led her to work and volunteer on a wide range of projects such as repurposing organic municipal waste for soil health, environmental audits, mangrove conservation and ecosystem services for poverty alleviation. Ee-Ling enjoys tinkering in the lab or in the field, trying to understand the social lives of soil microorganism, plant-soil interaction and how these relationships can teach us about the interplay of society, economy and behaviour to improve sustainable use and management of resources.
