Sharad leads design and implementation teams related to transport infrastructure and policy development. He has worked extensively on projects related to railway infrastructure, rolling stock, logistics and inland waterway transport. Sharad also assisted in the formulation and implementation of ADB's Sustainable Transport Initiative. His present work is focused on projects in the PRC and Mongolia.
