Tommy Leong is the Zone President of East Asia and Japan for Schneider Electric. Since his appointment in 2015, Tommy has been leading and overseeing company operations across South-East Asia, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Mongolia, with a focus on driving business performance and transformation.
With 25 years of business experience, Tommy formerly held management and marketing roles at Philips, including President of Philips Lighting for Greater China and Vice-President of Philips Consumer Lifestyle for ASEAN-Pacific. During his 13-year tenure, Tommy was responsible for leading and developing both professional and consumer businesses in Asia Pacific and China.
