Vinh Duc Home Corporation late last week officially entered the local building materials market, offering new construction products and a housing development package for potential customers.
The company introduced different building materials including block bricks, housing beams and roofing products, all pre-cast and produced under the technology of autoclaved aerated concrete.
Tran Vu Anh, vice chairman of the corporation, told the Daily that Vinh Duc Home has invested some VND1,000 billion to install a German production chain at its factory in Bao Loc Town in the upland province of Lam Dong.
The factory will turn out some 500,000 cubic meters of bricks per year, he said.
Anh highlighted the new building materials’ features such as durability, light weight, soundproofing, heat insulating, energy-saving, cost-saving and easy installation, among others.
Also at the launching event, Vinh Duc Home offered its housing development package, including consultant services, materials and financial support for home builders.
The newly-established company sets a target to supply materials for developing some 1,000 housing units this year.
