China: US actions against emissions not adequate

US efforts to fight climate change to date are “not adequate,” according to China. At the ongoing UN climate talks in Doha, China’s lead climate negotiator Su Wei said they hope US President Barack Obama will do more for the problem in his second term. He said China hopes the newly-elected US president will turn their climate policies into real actions as their efforts to curb carbon emissions at the moment are not enough.
