Her role will involve running a team to drive and execute Link REIT’s sustainability strategy, including working towards the company’s net-zero target. Link REIT committed to achieve net-zero emissions by 2035 last April.
Her position is new, and she will report to the company’s head of sustainability and risk governance, Calvin Lee Kwan.
She moves into her new role after two and a half years with Shui On Land, a commercial property developer, owner and asset manager, where she was portfolio manager and general manager for investment management, based in Hong Kong.
Ng joins Link REIT with more than 15 years of global commercial real estate experience, and a decade of experience in non-profit work covering environmental and social issues.
Her career involves stints at Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN), where she was Hong Kong director, and J.P. Morgan, where she executive director of global real assets.
