New Zealand’s green building resurgence

New Zealand’s green office buildings are once again rising in popularity after a lull caused by economic woes, according to a tenant survey.

Wellington, in particular, showed enthusiasm for green offices in the study by Colliers International, which found that CSR requirements, worker well-being, and reduced operating costs were top motivators for leasing office space in green buildings.
