New Zealand’s green buildings prove to be star performers

New Zealand’s Green Star-rated buildings are redefining what it means to be a prime asset in the property sector by outperforming their non-certified counterparts, according to the new Green Property Investment Index. New Zealand Green Building Council chief executive Alex Cutler welcomed the findings of the index, saying they proved that green buildings make quality long-term investment propositions which will be decisively chosen by clients over non-rated properties.
