Pedestrian safety vs road rage in Melbourne

Melbourne streets will soon be safer for pedestrians as speed limits are lowered to 40 kilometres per hour over the next several months. City leaders say the move will prevent traffic accidents and reduce casualties by about 25 people every year. Melbourne has an average of 85 accidents involving pedestrians each year.
