Singaporeans blase about litter: PM

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said that Singapore’s standard of cleanliness was going down as citizens become blase about littering. He noted that peer pressure might be the most effective way to curb the problem, although he did not rule out increasing fines for littering offenders.
