Solar PV demand up but not prices for now

Solar market analyst IHS iSuppli has been predicting that solar prices will pick up from 2013 onwards on the back of demand from emerging markets. In their latest assessment, IHS iSuppli issued a warning that the upsurge in demand, however, will not stop the plummet in prices.  Analysts said the high demand from emerging economies are keeping the prices low as PV sellers are trying to keep their customers happy with the low price in a bid to get their returns on investment fast.
