The Green Trade Project Office under Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs is set to return to Istanbul for the third exhibition event of its 2014 Green Light campaign, leading a delegation of exhibitors to participate once again in the LED and LED Lighting Exhibition, scheduled to be held on September 25-28 at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM).
A ‘Taiwan Innovative LED Lighting Product Pavilion’ (Tayvan Yenilikçi LED Aydınlatma Ürün Pavyonu) is established for the fair in the Hall 10 (Booth B-630) to showcase a variety of LED lighting solutions offered by Taiwanese companies.
Li-Yen Ma, Division Chief of the Integrated Marketing Division at the Green Trade Project Office, said, ‘Increasing efficiency has been one of the goals listed in Turkey’s energy policies for the past decade. LED lighting products, with their energy-saving, versatile-for-design features, are ideal solutions to accommodate the policy trend and market demand.
Taiwanese companies have years of expertise in LED manufacturing, and the industry is now capable of creating a wide selection of products ranging from LED components to completed light fixtures. We believe visitors will easily find the most suitable products for them among the various product lines.’
Members of the delegation this year include the world-leading automotive lighting product maker TYC Brother Industrial; industry veteran Hergy Lighting Technology; LED chip and component manufacturer Genesis Photonics; LED driver maker Billion Electric; and Gaintronics Technology. All companies will present their latest technology innovations.
A variety of LED light fixtures of unique design are also on display at the ‘Taiwan Innovative LED Lighting Product Pavilion’. Winner of the 2013 Taiwan Green Classics Award and iF Product Award, ‘BE Light’ from QisDesign features a special hinge design, which allows the table light to be folded down flat to a minimum height of 1.8 cm when not in use.
Different from the sharp outline of ‘BE Light’, QisDesign’s ‘Flamenca’ is created with exquisite wave silhouette. Taiwan’s leading LED maker Everlight Electronics showcases its award-winning LED Bulb and the dimmable Wing-Fun Desk Lamp. The waterproof ‘Wish Lamp’ from COCOKASA Lighting is ideal for indoor and outdoor use. ‘LED Blocky Lights’ of Ukin Technology features great flexibility of usage.
‘The One’ LED desk lamp offered by Just Power Integrated Technology can be detached, and works as a flashlight in an emergency. The portable ‘LED Lamp – Angel’ by Home Resource Industrial, a winner of the Red Dot Design Award, can be easily switched on by a simple touch.
The 10th LED and LED Lighting Exhibition is set to be held on September 25-28 at the Istanbul Expo Center (İstanbul Fuar Merkezi, IFM). The ‘Taiwan Innovative LED Lighting Product Pavilion’ (Tayvan Yenilikçi LED Aydınlatma Ürün Pavyonu) is located at Hall 10, Booth B-630.
