Milk Perceptions - A Study of Milk Consumption Patterns in Singapore

Milk Perceptions – A Study of Milk Consumption Patterns in Singapore is a first-of-its-kind study on the key drivers and barriers of milk consumption amongst adult Singaporeans. The research aims to identify the gaps and solutions to improve the nutrition and healthcare outcomes among Singaporeans.

Led by applied nutrition expert Dr Kalpana Bhaskaran from Temasek Polytechnic, the study found that Singaporeans are missing out on the nutritional benefits of milk by not drinking a glass a day. This low level of consumption is further compounded by an ignorance of the nutritional benefits of milk.
