Colleen Howe

Colleen Howe is a freelance writer and journalist based in Hong Kong. She has an interest in the energy transition and ESG in Asia. She previously worked for Argus Media as a reporter in Singapore and Washington DC covering the Asia-Pacific and US energy and commodities markets. She is currently working for the Asia Business Council in Hong Kong where she regularly contributes to the South China Morning Post.
