Lotte Schou-Zibell is Advisor, South Asia Department,of ADB. Lotte provides technical leadership for innovative approaches to inclusive finance, finance sector development, and infrastructure finance; and on One ADB approach to projects. Prior to her current position, Lotte was the Regional Director of the Pacific Liaison and Coordination Office.
