Taking place in San Francisco on 30-31st January, the eighth North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will showcase health impacts, sustainable ingredients, and eco-labels.
For the first time, the executive summit will discuss the future of health foods and eco-labelled products in a high-level forum.
Although organic & eco-labelled products now comprise over 5 per cent of food sales in North America, there are concerns about the future outlook.
