The Autodesk Clean Tech Partner Program is open to all of Singapore’s innovative clean tech companies, including those specializing in solar energy, fuel cells, biomass, wind energy, tidal energy, energy-efficiency and carbon reduction services. Greenlots is the first Singapore-based company to have joined the Autodesk Clean Tech Partner Program. Greenlots designs and delivers charging networks for electric vehicles. To date, Greenlots has installed solutions in 12 countries. The company partners with utilities, municipalities, electric vehicle manufacturers and distributors and other private businesses to help them install, own and operate their own EV charging network.
Said Yeoh Keat Chuan, Assistant Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), “Autodesk’s Clean Tech Partner Program complements Singapore’s efforts to become a ‘Living Laboratory’, where companies can test, develop and commercialise clean tech solutions, before scaling them up for global markets. We are pleased that information technology companies such as Autodesk are leveraging the growing clean tech sector here to explore co-innovation opportunities and accelerate the commercialisation of clean tech solutions from Singapore.” According to the EDB, Singapore aims to grow the clean tech industry to contribute 3.4 billion SGD of added value to its GDP and provide 18,000 jobs by 2015.

About the Clean Tech Partner Program
Autodesk defines the clean tech industry as companies engaged in developing products or services to address the causes of environmental problems through technology and related business models. Introduced in July 2009, the Autodesk Clean Tech Partner Program has provided design and engineering software to clean technology innovators in North America, Europe, Japan and now Singapore. Each Autodesk Clean Tech Partner in Singapore will receive up to five licenses of Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate, Autodesk Vault Professional, Autodesk Simulation Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor Publisher and Autodesk Building Design Suite, a value of US $150,000 for US $50.
