GulfSol 2013 – 2 weeks to go

With just under two weeks to go before the GulfSol exhibition opens its doors, exhibitor numbers at the inaugural event have surpassed expectations.

“In spite of the difficulties that the solar industry is experiencing on a global level, we are delighted with the response that this, the first show of its kind to be held in Dubai, has reported” says Derek Burston, exhibition director.

“Companies have embraced Dubai not just as a focal point for the Middle East industry, but also as meeting place on a global scale. The strategic positioning of our exhibition, both in terms of geography and timing, have meant that GulfSol has already been seen as the emerging regional platform on which the solar industry can gather, giving exhibitors and visitors a new option in terms of a biennial gathering place. We are looking forward to continuing to develop the show over the coming years, and increasing its global influence and reach on every outing” says Burston.

“Pre-registrations have come from more than 25 countries spanning the entire region, North, East and West Africa, Europe and the near and Far East” adds Burston, “with record numbers having signed up”.

GulfSol 2013 takes place from 3-5 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre, and is open from 10am to 7pm daily. Make sure you do not miss out on this year’s most exciting new solar event by registering now as a visitor on www.gulfsol.com.
