S&P Global CSO roundtable: Insights report

Nature and biodiversity risk has been rising up the agenda for sustainability executives since a landmark agreement was reached at COP15 to protect 30 per cent of the Earth’s land and oceans by 2030. This has prompted companies across the world – especially those in Asia Pacific – to take a closer look at the consequences of their business activities on the natural world.

S&P Global, in collaboration with Eco-Business, held two roundtable sessions with chief sustainability officers (CSOs) from various sectors in Singapore and Malaysia in 2023 and 2024 respectively to gather their insights on nature-related issues and the Task Force for Nature-related Disclosures (TFND) framework.

This report presents the key findings collected from both forums.
