Willie Tan has more than 17 years of experience as a manufacturing operations leader, implementing and managing high-tech computer integrated manufacturing technologies (factory automation), automated material handling systems (cleanroom environment), end-ofline packaging operations and waste gas abatement systems for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), semiconductors and LCD manufacturing plants in Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
Willie has also managed significant projects and business development experiences during the global economic crises in 2000 and 2008, where he assisted and led start-up companies in the IT automation and manufacturing industry. This included hands-on management experience on a multinational level, as well as that of small and medium-sized enterprises.
