Shai Ganu is the global leader for executive compensation and board advisory business at global advisory, broking and solutions company, WTW. He is also a member of the Global Governing Board of Climate Governance Initiative, steering committee member at Climate Governance Singapore and the Asian Climate Governance Network, as well as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Global Community of Experts.
Shai serves on boards, human resources and sustainability committees of leading companies and not-for-profit organisations in Southeast Asia. He is a fellow and governing council member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), and chairs its ESG Committee.
