Philline van der Wolk-Donggay

Co-founder

Philline is co-founder of Greenergy Solar PH, a solar rooftop installation based in Mindanao, Philippines.

She managed the “Low-Carbon Development” project under the “Global Climate and Energy Initiative” of the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) which produced the Renewable Energy pathways for the Philippines. She later worked in Climate Finance as Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) administered Climate Investment Funds (CIFs).

She holds a Social Science master’s degree in “Tri-Sector Collaboration” from the Singapore Management University and is an alumnus of the UN System Staff College (UNSSC) on “Localizing the Sustainable Development Agenda”. She has training on Collaborative Governance from The Brookings Institution and on the Circular Economy from the Technical University of Delft. She is concurrently completing energy transition projects on a consultancy basis and is on the “Governance of Sustainability Transformations” programme of Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
