Dr. Jorge Emmanuel is trained as a chemist, chemical engineer, environmental scientist, and public health professional. He is Adjunct Professor at Siliman University, where he handles the Graduate Programs of Institute of Environmental and Marine Sciences and College of Engineering and Design. He was Chief Technical Advisor for Global Environmental Facility Projects of the United Nations Development Program in New York, consultant to the World Health Organization in Geneva, and president of the Environmental & Engineering Research Group in California.
