Jaideep Bansal is the Energy Access Leader for GHE and has been involved in setup of DC based Solar Micro Grids for the off grid remote Himalayan Villages. The team has electrified 25 villages impacting the lives of over 15,000 people, and plans to electrify 40 more villages in 2017. He has also been instrumental in providing experiential-based digital education to the students of the Ladakh region by setting up Himalayan Innovation Centers with GHE, which have won the Design for Change Award two years in a row for sustainability projects.
