As an effort to build a culture of prioritising the well being of the planet by initiating environmental projects of varying scales in Rotary Clubs in the region of Singapore, my club - the Rotary Club of Marina City is hosting the 3rd Edition of Rotary Climate Change Conversations (RC3) - themed “Artificial Intelligence: Harnessing AI for a Sustainable Future”. We are expecting around 150 attendees at this by invite only event. Please find the posters of the event attached.
As climate change becomes an increasingly urgent issue, many people feel overwhelmed and question whether their individual actions can make a difference. This sense of insignificance can lead to feelings of helplessness, which might reduce motivation to act. The goal of RC3 is to address this mindset and remind and reassure people that individual efforts, when multiplied across communities, nations, and generations, can lead to significant positive change. The highlights of this year’s event are as follows:

- Keynote talk on AI, digitisation, and future tech for a greener economy
