Course Overview:
This is a highly practical course aimed at companies who want to make their CSR strategies truly strategic and embedded into the organization. It will examine the systems that need to be implemented in an organization to create value for the organization. It will examine the links between CSR and corporate brands, reputation and trust. Inside the organization, the course will examine successful implementations plans, how to get employee buy-in through “CSR Champions” and the importance of leadership. The course will build on a 12-point strategic framework that has been tried and tested with a number of CSR Asia clients. The course will use the ISO26000 framework to show how CSR can be implemented and embedded into the organisation. The importance of envisioning the future to build a coherent strategy will be examined. It will stress the important of strategic communications that will include the need to have a focused CSR report.Topics include:
