Developed world called to act on climate migration

The International Civil Society Networks (ICSNs) has demanded the execution of a UN agreement to compel developed nations to take action on climate refugees. The ICSNs refer to Paragraph 14 (f) of the Cancun Agreement in 2010 which recognized the issue of climate migrants.  At the ongoing UN climate conference in Doha, ICSN members froom Europe, South and East Asia, Africa, and Latin America urged developed countries to take responsibility for the climate migrants as they were historically responsible for the devastating effects of climate change.
