Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) celebrated another milestone in its thrust to create sustainable communities as One Evotech in NUVALI earned the prestigious LEED® Green Building Certification.
The US Green Building Council (USGBC) awarded One Evotech LEED Silver for its sustainable location, efficiencies in energy and water usage, construction materials and indoor environment.
USGBC’s LEED green building certification system is the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
One Evotech is the first office building in the NUVALI TechnoHub, a campus development catering to the unique office space requirements of Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology/Information Technology-Enabled Services (IT/IT-ES) firms. Developed by Ayala Land Businesscapes, ALI’s real estate office solutions group, One Evotech is within NUVALI, a 1,840-hectare masterplanned eco-city envisioned to be the next CBD and regional growth center south of the Makati business district. A second building, Two Evotech is scheduled to be completed by February 2011.
