Some 30 staff members from the Georgetown City Hotel Penang and Star Publications (M) Bhd spent their Sunday morning cycling along the streets of George Town in support of the Penang Car Free Day.
The group began their excursion from Armenian Street before heading to Penang Street for breakfast.
From there, they cycled past Light Street, Beach Street, Penang Road, Pangkor Road and Kelawei Road before stopping for lunch at the hotel in Burmah Road.
The hotel’s general manager Cheah Hooi Theng said the participants wanted to do their part to promote a healthy lifestyle and to support theCar Free Day initiative.
