World Bank funds major upgrades in Vietnam

The World Bank announced it would provide nearly US$70 million for infrastructure upgrades in the Vietnamese city of Can Tho. Along with over $20 million from the government, the funds will be used for water, electricity and road systems in poor urban areas.
