VIII International Exhibition and Conference AtomEco-2015 will be held from 9 to 11 November 2015 in Moscow, International Trade Center. Event is organized by the State Corporation Rosatom.
The concept of VIII International conference and exhibition “AtomEco 2015”
Presentation of the results of the Federal Target Program and announcement of plans for implementing new programs for solving problems in the field of nuclear and radiation safety, the expansion of international cooperation in the implementation of programs of “nuclear legacy”.
General information about the event:
2015 is the year of completion of the Federal Target Program “Ensuring nuclear and radiation safety for 2008 and for the period until 2015”. (Hereafter FTP).
During the conference it is planned to inform public about the results of FTP implementation, including practical problem solving of “nuclear legacy”, establishment and improvement of nuclear and radiation safety control systems, increasing level of protection from radiation exposure, as well as on the main directions of work covered by new Federal Target Program “Ensuring nuclear and radiation safety for 2016 and for the period until 2030”.
At the VIII International exhibition and conference AtomEco2015” in conjunction with the NEA OECD an international conference “Decommissioning of nuclear facilities: strategies, practices and challenges”, will be held, which aims to study various aspects of the final stage of life cycle of objects using atomic energy.
Participants of the event:
Representatives of international organizations, Federal, regional and municipal public authorities, executives of the world’s nuclear industry companies, international and Russian representatives of the scientific, expert and business communities of the nuclear industry, as well as representatives of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM and its departmental enterprises.
